Our Story
Matt worked up the nerve to ask Kial out on a date his junior year of high school. He asked her to go jet-skiing with him. Kial thought why not. The rest was history just after one date. They were inseparable ever since. Even though Matt threw her off the back of the jet-ski on the first date, Kial did not shy away. Over the years the couple went on to college together and supported each other through the challenging steps of life. Kial says she is forever thankful for all the long nights Matt would help quiz her on dental terms. The couple both graduated from IUSB and started their dream careers. They have returned to their home town of Winamac and purchased a home. Where Kial is a dental hygienist and Matt is a project manager for ITR. They enjoy spending time with their dog Louie, fishing the Tippy, and traveling.
The proposal. Matt decided to pop the question at a location the couple frequently loves to visit, St. Joe, MI. He set up a weekend get away. The second day of the trip Matt got down on one knee and asked Kial to spend forever with him. Kial says it was the easiest yes ever! The couple spent the next day celebrating with family in MI.
